eShop Terms and Conditions
Heyo Production Ltd. (hereinafter 'the company', 'us','we' or 'our') provides the content and services on this Heyo Production eShop website ('eShop'). By accessing and purchasing in the eShop website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agreed, to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended from time to time at our sole discretion.
1. Heyo eShop
I. The product picture(s) at eShop is simply for reference only, all take material object as the standard.
II. Heyo eShop’s product price, promotion, terms and conditions as well as restrictions may be different from physical shop(s).
2. Order Verification
After receiving your order, we will check the information you provide for validity. We also verify the pricing, quantity and current stock status of the purchased products. We reserve the right to decline any order submitted and/or limit the product quantities purchased by you, without giving any reason. In the event that a product is out of stock, you will receive notification of order cancellation.
After customers completed order details confirmation, the payment procedures will be processed in PayPal, Apple Pay, Payme or FPS and we will not capture user’s credit card, Apple Pay, Payme or FPS in this process. Customers will only be charged when the order is successfully accepted.
I. Delivery will be made via SF Express (Pay by RECEIVER).
5. Goods Exchange
I. Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages to their appearances or whether all accessories are delivered.
II. Heyo Production guarantees the exchange of product within 7 days of purchase if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product*. You are allowed to exchange it with a product of the same model number. If the same model is sold out or out of stock, you may exchange your product with another product of the same kind and same price. Re-delivery will be arranged and no delivery cost will be charged (except Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Lantau island and outlying islands, special conditions please refer to “No. (II) and(III) of Delivery section).
III. Please contact our Customer Service Department for the exchange.
*Your product exchange request will NOT be accepted under any of the following conditions:
- Return request is submitted over 7 days after the date product is received;
- Product that not in complete packing, accessories, user guide and blank warranty card and not in good condition.
- Product that damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water damage.
- Product that has undergone any repair.
- All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. otherwise the retail value will be charged.
- Official purchase invoice is missing.
- Request based on personal preference only.
- Product is damaged due to improper usage/operation
- Heyo Production reserve the final right of determination
6. No refund and return of product
All items sold are non-refundable and non-returnable after the completion of payment procedures. Customers must verify all the information, including product model, specification and price carefully before placing order.
